A bill of lading (also referred to as a BOL or B/L) is a document issued by a carrier, acknowledging that the carrier has received the specified goods on board as cargo for transportation to a named place for delivery to the consignee who is usually identified.

These Credit Terms set out the terms and conditions on which the Company grants credit on charges payable to the Company in connection with services. These Credit Terms may be changed at any time without notice.
